There are 24 square step cut rubies measuring approx 2mm each and there are 3 very sparkly round diamonds measuring approx 1.3mm each (.03ctw) and they are G/I1.   The rubies show minor signs of wear under magnification.  This cannot be seen with the naked eye. They are very bright and sparkly.  Just worth noting. 

The ring measures 8.5mm wide and weighs 4.9g.  It is stamped 18k
