There are 3 oval topaz measuring 7mm x 5mm each and 2 pear shape topaz measuring 6mm x 4mm each for an approx 4.30ctw. It measures 7mm at its widest point.

The ring is stamped 10K and weighs 2.2g.  Currently it is a size 5.75 and sizable. We are happy to offer sizing for an additional charge. Feel free to contact me if you need a quote on sizing.
