This beautiful band holds round cut rubies measuring approx 1.3mm each (approx .10ctw) and there are 38 very sparkly single cut diamonds measuring approx 1.3mm each (.38ctw) and they are a very bright G/VS2.   

The ring measures 7.5mm wide and weighs 5.1g.  It is stamped "750" for 18k
