I love the antique pieces! The center cushion old mine cut measures 4.5mm for an approx .36ct. There are 6 smaller old mine cut diamonds measuring approx 2mm each for an approx .18ctw. K-O/SI1-I2. 

Ring weighs 2.6g and measures 6mm at its widest point. It is stamped 18k yellow gold and the head of the ring is topped silver which is common for a ring of this era.
